I help women recover and heal from psychological violence and abuse in the workplace. I’m constantly learning from the latest neuroscience research, particularly Dr. Jennifer Fraser, author of The Bullied Brain.
Learn how the brain responds to trauma, and how it can heal through a variety of practices including mindfulness/meditation.
The foundation of my practice is my ongoing healing journey during and after psychological abuse in the workplace and intimate partner violence in my personal life. My coaching is imbued with empathy, understanding and compassion.
